FINDEX supports a variety of work styles, not only for employees, but also for the entire society to promote employment and create rewarding jobs. As an example, we would like to introduce the operations outsourced to Social Welfare Corporation Matsuyama Kyoseikai Poppoen.

Background
While implementing software in a medical institutions improve the accessibility and efficiency of medical professionals, it also requires a lot of cables to connect multiple testing devices, monitors, and other equipment to the laptop. It may be difficult to identify connecting cables for which devices. In some medical institutions, cables are installed under desks or in other locations that are difficult to see or reach.
Our Approach
To solve these problems, FINDEX delivers its software to medical institutions with stickers attached to the connecting components so that they are easily visible. This work is outsourced to "Poppoen," a support office for continuous employment in Matsuyama City.
Details of Outsourcing
- 1 : Affixing stickers to tags and connecting components
- The creation of the sticker is handled by FINDEX, and subsequent work is handled by Poppoen.
- 2 : Attachment to cables
- Poppoen is also responsible for attaching tags to cables to be supplied to our users.

Holding of Results Briefing Session
We held a briefing session to report how those tags that were worked on to Poppoen are actually being used at the medical institution.
They were pleased that they could concretely feel that "our work is contributing to others!" and "We are connected to society through our work!".

Results of the initiatives
When users contact us about connection problems, we can provide them with accurate guidance since the tags are attached to the components.
It has also made it easier to manage inventory internally and establish a system that allows us to provide components and materials appropriately at any time.
Social Welfare Corporation Matsuyama Kyoseikai Poppoen
Poppoen is a support office for continuous employment in Matsuyama City, Ehime, and provides opportunities for "employment" and "nurturing the skills required for employment".
