Our Initiatives

Building a society where people can receive medical services
from anywhere in the world

The medical software we provide not only facilitate the sharing of information both inside and outside hospitals, but also improve the efficiency of medical services and management. With the widespread use of our products, we aim to contribute to improving the quality of medical treatment and reducing the burden on medical professionals, and to build a society in which all people can receive appropriate medical services.

Promoting Paperless and Digital Transformation

One of the systems we provide, DocuMaker Office(DMO)*, is making a significant contribution to promoting the digital transformation of local governments. In addition to promoting efficient day-to-day operations, this software contributes to the development of a better working environment by promoting paperless and seal-less operations. Also, it would assist efforts from the perspective of environmental protection.

*DocuMaker Office(DMO) is an extension of DocuMaker, a software that supports documents and workflow of administrative departments in medical fields, DMO is basically for the non-medical industry.

Contribute to early detection of disease

The widespread use of the Gaze Analyzing Perimetry (GAP)*, we have successfully brought easier and quicker visual field testing to the market. This is expected to lead to early detection of glaucoma, the top cause of blindness in Japan, contributing to reduced cases of blindness. Furthermore, the data obtained from GAP will be used to contribute to drug discovery and the development of new treatment methods.

*Gaze Analyzing Perimetry (GAP) is a head-mounted type of automatic perimeter. It measures visual fields using a completely different approach than original testing methods. It is an inexpensive, revolutionary wearable device that contributes to improving the early detection of retinal diseases, such as glaucoma, which are difficult to detect in the early stages of the disease.

Initiatives for Climate Change

We are actively digitizing internal and external documents, and each of us is committed to addressing environmental issues. In order to reduce the excessive use of air conditioning, we have adopted COOL BIZ*(usually from May to September) and WARM BIZ* (usually from November to March) campaigns recommended by the Japanese government year-round, setting the room temperature at 28°C for air conditioning and 20°C for heating, and encouraging employees to choose comfortable and easy-to-work-in clothing.

*COOL BIZ and WARM BIZ are the Japanese government's campaign to encourage businessperson to dress lighter and optimize clothing as an environmental action.

Respect for Human Rights

We do not discriminate based on nationality, gender, age, education, religion, culture, or preference, and our employees engage in work with mutual understanding of LGBTQ* and individual job motivations.

*LGBTQ is an abbreviation for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer or questioning. This is a general term for sexual minorities.

Encouraging diverse and flexible work styles
