Findex Inc. has been preparing for the overseas expansion of GAP, a gaze analyzing perimeter, in accordance with our business plan. We are pleased to announce that we have concluded a distributorship agreement with Rexxam Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Osaka, Japan; hereinafter referred to as "Rexxam") for the sale of GAP in the following countries, as previously announced.

Since its establishment in 1960, Rexxam has been delivering highly usable products around the world with a quality policy of "continuing to provide customers with fine products at a lower cost”, electronics technologies at the core. In particular, Rexxam is engaged in the development, production, and sales of ophthalmic medical devices, and exports its products to 91 countries.
By promoting GAP, our proprietary product, through the sales channels of Rexxam's ophthalmic devices in the relevant countries, we will create a new market for GAP in a short period of time. By making visual field testing easier, we will contribute to the early detection of glaucoma and the development of local medical care, and furthermore, we will utilize the data on visual field obtained through the test for various possibilities of future research and development in the medical field, such as the establishment of new treatment methods.
