FINDEX Inc. (the “Company”) introduces revised HR regulations as follows.
The Company has decided to introduce revised HR regulations in order to enhance corporate value and building an organization that can withstand rapid changes in the business environment by improving employee satisfaction, attract talented resources and proactively invest in human capital.
The Company has set the working hours at 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week since its establishment. However, from the perspective of strengthening recruitment and promoting diverse work styles, this will be changed to 7.5 hours per day and 37.5 hours per week.
In recent years, inflation has rapidly accelerated due to unstable global situations and the sharp depreciation of the yen, and price hikes for food and daily necessities have affected the household budgets of employees. While shortening the working hours, salaries will remain unchanged to achieve a consequential salary increase and to continuously deal with price increases.
With the introduction of this regulation, the Company will begin recruiting not only employees residing in the suburbs of the Tokyo metropolitan area or within commuting distance to our branches, but also those residing throughout Japan as well as those residing offshore. In addition to attracting talented resources without being restricted to a specific region, this new regulation contributes to further improving the work-life balance of employees by allowing existing employees to continue working even if they move out of the commuting distance.
The changes will be effective on April 1, 2023.
The Company has continued to improve the working environment of its employees by introducing a leave up to six months and hybrid work model. The company will continue to fulfill our responsibilities as it that supports healthcare and people's well-being by digitalization. It continues to improve benefits of our employees and addressing to create an environment in which each employee can focus on their work comfortably.
