The Number of Our Medical Software Users Passes 2,000

Findex Inc. is pleased to announce that the number of its medical software users has surpassed 2,000 today.

We have long been committed to enriching society with technologies and creation, focusing early on digital transformation (DX) in the medical field. Under this philosophy, we have developed and marketed a range of products aimed at streamlining operations in medical facilities, including our flagship data management software "Claio," as well as the document management solution "C-Scan," and the electronic medical record system for clinics "REMORA".

Recently, we have launched the brand "PiCls" to support the operations of large hospitals and medical regional collaborations with cloud-based technology. We have also been actively involved in various initiatives, including the full-scale operation of the next-generation patient application "Medical Avenue" and the launch of the electronic tracing report service "AAdE-Report." While on-premises systems remain prevalent in large hospitals for now, a gradual shift to cloud services is expected in the future. Anticipating increased demand, we are leading the way in cloud service adoption by progressively transitioning our existing products to cloud-based services, facilitating information exchange among medical institutions on the cloud basis.

Furthermore, efforts to improve efficiency in medical practices have intensified in recent years from the perspective of reforming physicians' working styles. This includes implementing regulations on physicians' overtime work limits, scheduled to take effect in April 2024, and promoting task-shifting to decentralize tasks that tend to be concentrated among doctors. Improving the working environment for healthcare professionals is an urgent priority, and it is essential for addressing the shortage of medical personnel caused by the aging population. We are working on implementing generative AI technology into our document management software "DocuMaker" to alleviate the documentation burden on physicians, which has already been widely adopted by many customers.

We are committed to enhancing the value proposition of existing products while simultaneously providing cutting-edge technology-driven product development and services based on deep understanding, thereby strongly promoting digitalization in the medical field. By playing a pioneering role in the healthcare sector, we will continue to contribute to the improvement of healthcare quality.
